The family of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, has dismissed as false a publication circulating on social media that claims to be her Will.

In a press release dated January 27, 2026, the family described the document as a complete fabrication and urged the public to disregard it.

The family explained that the publication, which has gained traction online in recent days, did not originate from them and has no basis in truth. They stressed that the content should be treated with “absolute contempt,” adding that it misrepresents the legacy and reputation of Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.

According to the statement, the family has initiated appropriate steps to address the false publication and curb its further circulation.

The Agyeman-Rawlings family also appealed to the public to respect their privacy as they continue to mourn the loss of the former First Lady. They called for dignity and restraint in public discourse surrounding her name during this period of bereavement.

The statement was signed by Kobina Andoh Amoakwa on behalf of the family.
