The DADA Foundation Ghana, in collaboration with Wisconsin International University College, has handed over an 11-seater toilet facility and a mechanised borehole to Asare Bediako Senior High School at Akrokerri in the Adansi North District.

The projects were commissioned on August 1, 2025.

The Adansi North District Chief Executive (DCE) praised the initiative, stressing the value of compassion-led partnerships in youth development. He assured the school of the District Assembly’s continued support and called on other stakeholders to contribute to its progress.

The DCE also disclosed plans for a proposed 2,000-capacity Assembly Hall for the school, expressing confidence in its realisation.

The District Director of Education and the Queen Mother of Akrokerri urged students to maintain the new facilities, noting that proper care could attract more philanthropic support.

The school’s management honoured Mr Isaac Owusu Hemeng, who facilitated the projects, with a citation, and appealed for additional support from NGOs and philanthropists to help improve its infrastructure.
