FanMilk PLC has recorded a strong improvement in its financial performance, with revenue rising by 46 per cent to GH¢1.0 billion in 2025, from GH¢683.8 million the previous year, as the dairy and beverage company continues to strengthen its operations and expand its market presence.
The company also posted a 47 per cent increase in gross profit to GH¢364.5 million, while net profit climbed by 38 per cent to GH¢68.3 million. Earnings per share similarly increased by 38 per cent to GH¢0.59.
The positive performance has continued into 2026, with the company reporting significant growth for the six months ended June. Revenue increased by 25 per cent year-on-year to GH¢635.5 million, while gross profit almost doubled, rising by 89 per cent to GH¢316 million.
Net profit recorded the most striking improvement, surging by 214 per cent to GH¢81.9 million.
The results were disclosed at FanMilk’s 2026 Facts Behind the Figures stakeholder engagement, which brought together more than 100 shareholders, analysts, regulators, media practitioners and other stakeholders virtually.
Management attributed the performance to the successful implementation of its strategy, dubbed “Bringing Back the Pride by Fixing the Fundamentals”, with a continued focus on operational efficiency, stronger route-to-market execution and double-digit growth across key product categories.
The company said the strategy was helping to build a stronger and more efficient business while responding to changing consumer needs.
“We are focused on fixing the fundamentals of the business, strengthening execution and creating sustainable growth across our categories,” management said during the engagement.
Beyond the numbers, FanMilk used the session to highlight progress in sustainability and social impact, areas it considers central to its long-term growth.
The company disclosed that it had recovered more than 11.2 million plastic wrappers as part of efforts to address plastic waste. It has also achieved 100 per cent recyclable packaging across its portfolio and continued to invest in renewable energy through solar installations.
FanMilk further reported progress in responsible water stewardship, reflecting growing attention to the environmental footprint of its operations.
In 2025, the company attained both B Corp Certification and Living Wage Certification, milestones it said reinforced its commitment to responsible business practices, employee welfare and positive social impact.
Through its Dan’Care programme, employees continue to receive comprehensive health and income protection support.
Looking ahead, FanMilk said it was targeting accelerated growth across all its categories between 2026 and 2030, while remaining focused on delivering value to consumers, shareholders, employees and communities.
The company’s long-term ambition, management said, remains anchored in its purpose of “bringing health through food to as many people as possible.”
FanMilk PLC, a Danone company, is one of Ghana’s established manufacturers and distributors of dairy products and beverages, with a portfolio serving consumers across the country.
