Hearts of Oak coach Edward Nii Odoom has recommended the signing of Karela United striker Diawisie Taylor to the club’s management in the current transfer window.
Odoom is aiming at strengthening his squad for the second round of the Ghana Premier League and has identified the Karela United FC marksman as an ideal fit for the Phobians.
If that dream becomes a reality, Taylor will compete for places in the Hearts attack with Kofi Kodzie and Joseph Esso.
Taylor was a hit last year during the Normalisation Committee Special Competition where he netted 10 goals to finish as a joint top-scorer.
His goals took the Aiyinase based side to the finals of the competition where they lost to Asante Kotoko SC.
Aduana Stars and AshantiGold SC are believed to also be in the chase for the services of the prolific forward for the remainder of the season.
Hearts of Oak came close to landing Taylor before the start of the season but former coach Kim Grant rejected the inclusion of the striker in the Rainbow outfit.
