LaDMA to prosecute developers without permits

The La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly (LaDMA) is set to prosecute developers and property owners who undertake construction without the required permits.

The Assembly has, however, given owners of unpermitted buildings and projects an opportunity to regularise them before the enforcement exercise begins.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr Alfredos Nii Anyetei, announced this on Tuesday when the Assembly presented two pick-up vehicles to its Physical Planning and Works departments to strengthen development control. Read More
