Lakeside Estate retains title as CIMG Real Estate Company of Year for 4th time

Lakeside Estate has for the third consecutive year, won the coveted Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) ‘Real Estate Company of the Year 2023’ at the 35th CIMG Annual National Marketing Per­formance held at the weekend in Accra.

The firm first won the presti­gious award in 2019 and subse­quently won it on three consecutive years, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

In a citation to Lakeside Estate, CIMG said Lakeside had set a vision to become the best custom­er focused real estate company in Ghana that has expanded through the building of a unique variety of houses that are environmentally friendly, affordable and com­forting, subject to the Ghanaian building code.

“Undoubtedly, you managed to achieve these feats by providing housing units that suit and met the aspirations of the Ghanaian home dweller, who continue to tout you for a good job done”, it explained.

“Moreover, your quest to create variety for your customers saw you providing a multipurpose sports complex, which significantly increased your brand awareness and affinity as well as giving the community a defined lifestyle. Your Water Park Project which is the largest of its kind in any gated community offers the largest vari­ety of sports games for both adults and children who wish to indulge in physical activities. Significantly, 96.7 per cent of your customers patronised you due to these note­worthy edifices”, it continued.

“You undoubtedly remain the real deal for home shoppers. To this end, the CIMG unanimously confer on Lakeside Estate the Marketing-Oriented Real Estate Company of the Year, 2023 for the third year running”, the citation by CIMG concluded.

Commenting, the Chief Exec­utive Officer of Lakeside Estate, Dr Prince-Joseph Ayiku, stated that, his outfit was humbled by the award, noting, “Our vision of being a customer focused has been realised and we will continue to work hard to satisfy our cherished and valuable customers.”

Amoadu, Mr Raymond Owusu, Mr Dennis Anaman, Mr Daniel Deku and Mrs Pearl K. Elinam, who shared their sentiment and excitement for winning this year’s award again.
