The Vetting of the seventh Supreme Court nominee, Justice Kweku T. Ackaah-Boafo, by the Parliaments Appointment Committee has been postponed indefinitely.
This follows the submission of a formal complaint lodged by one Anthony Kwabenya Rau, who identifies himself as an “international human rights activist” to the Appointments Committee, levelling serious allegations of judicial bias and misconduct against the nominee.
