Enterprise Group opens multi-purpose office
The Management of Enterprise Group has opened its state-of-the-art office in Accra dubbed, ‘Enterprise Market’ to serve as one-stop shop for all services offered by the company.
The Enterprise Market is the fifth office opened over the past three years, where customers can buy insurance, pensions and funeral services all under one roof.
Mr Keli Gadzekpo, the Chief Executive Officer, Enterprise Group said the market had brought exceptional relief, especially for those who do business with more than one subsidiary.
“The Enterprise market is a symbol of our one enterprise culture. The culture that ensures that clients experience the same superior and standardised service no matter which Enterprise subsidiary they may be dealing with,” he added.
Mr Gadzekpo said the company would continue to uphold its tenets of ensuring that seamless clients experience was replicated across all customer touch points, adding that, it could take the form of digital channels available on phone or computer, according to the needs of the clients.
Madam Ernestina Abeh, the Managing Director, Enterprise Insurance, touching on their products, said a child could benefit from an educational policy from Enterprise Life if the parents were no longer around, as the child had such a solid educational foundation.
She said the company’s Enterprise Trustees managed the pension contributions of clients and ensured that on retirement, the accrued pension would be enough to maintain beneficiary’s wellbeing.
“Enterprise Properties provides property needs for our clients, while the funeral policy provides burial services to ensure that one has a dignified farewell,” she added. GNA
