Access Bank launches ‘Tripple Salary Promotion” to cushion customers financially

Access Bank Ghana Plc, has launched a promotion to address the financial needs of its customers and the general public.

 Dubbed the ‘Tripple Salary Promotion’ the promotion being run on the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) Caritas Lottery platform, is meat to reward both loyal and new customers, ahead of the festive season and into the New Year.

In line with the Bank’s promise of providing customers more than banking, the promotion seeks to highlight the new features and benefits of the Bank’s MPower Salary Account product targeted at private and public workers in the country whilst rewarding them.

Managing Director of Access Bank Ghana, Olumide Olatunji, said the rationale behind the new promotion was to support the customers of the bank in this difficult times.

 He said “Access Bank is committed to providing cherished customers more than banking. This promise ties us to that responsibility of ensuring that the minutest needs of our customers are taken into consideration in the design of our products and services. We want to ensure that our customers receive value for their choice of banking with us”.

The Group Head of Retail Banking at Access Bank Ghana, Matilda Asante-Asiedu in her address said ‘Tripple Salary Promotion.’

She explained that Access Bank’s MPower Salary Account afforded customers extra benefits such as insurance cover, retrenchment and hospitalisation packages.

 “Our MPower Salary Product has a bundled insurance cover for customers. Customers with this account receive three months of their salary in the event of retrenchment, a package for customers who are hospitalized for more than three days and a life insurance cover. In addition, we provide lending solutions to our MPower Salary Account holders such as personal and vehicle loans, salary advance and hire purchase packages with our loyalty partners”, she noted.

Unveiling the packages for the promotion, the Executive Director for Retail and Digital Banking, Pearl Nkrumah, noted that as a customer centric Bank, the interest of the customer remained paramount.

She said the Bank had invested into researching the needs of salaried workers and had put together the promotion to bring solutions to customers’ needs through the M Power Salary Account product.

The Executive Director for Retail and Digital Banking said, the Triple Salary Promo which starts on 28th October, 2022 would end on the first quarter in 2023.

She said the prize of the promotion include school fees scholarships, triple salary, interest free loans, DSTV plus free subscription, branded combo gift boxes, cash back rewards among others” she said and called on salaried workers in the private and public sectors to switch their salary accounts to the Access Bank MPower Salary Account to enjoy the exciting offer from the Bank.

Ms Nkrumah said Access Bank Plc continued to build solid long-term relationships with customers based on trust, good customer service and transparency, adding that the Bank had over the years developed a deep understanding of staff and customers, delivering excellent services and empowering them to achieve more through financial inclusion.
