AFRICA will not remain a passive arena for a new scramble for resources, President John Dramani Mahama has stated.
Addressing the 81st General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) in New York, United States, yesterday, President Mahama said the extraction of critical minerals must not replicate the exploitation of the colonial era.
