Attram De Visser’s Hafiz Ibrahim Joins Egypt’s El Gouna FC

Twenty-two-year-old midfielder, Hafiz Ibrahim, has completed a transfer from Ghana’s Division One League (DOL) campaigners, Attram De Visser, to Egypt’s Premier League outfit, El Gouna Football Club.
By the arrangement, Ibrahim will feature for the Egyptian top flight side on a six-month loan deal, with an option for the Egyptian club to make the transfer permanent.
‘The General’ as he is affectionately known among his peers, due to his displays and composure on the ball, was a members of the local Black Stars team, Black Galaxies, that failed in a bid to return to the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) when they lost a playoffs against Nigeria.
Hafiz, a commanding presence on the pitch, will bring a blend of creativity and tenacity to El Gouna’s midfield.
‘The General’, would be missed at his local club which is competing in Zone III of Ghana’s DOL.
Sources close to Attram De Visser Academy said the club would surely miss his leadership qualities and his ability to orchestrate play from the heart of the midfield.
“Known for his vision and passing range, Ibrahim is expected to add significant value to El Gouna’s squad as they navigate the challenges of the Egyptian Premier League,” the source told the Times Sports.
Having learnt his skills at Attram De Visser, owned by former Ghana international and Accra Great Olympics star, Ibrahim embraces this new challenge in his burgeoning career.
“He would learn from different tactical setups and the physical demands of North African football. His move to El Gouna FC is not just a personal milestone but also a motivation for young Ghanaian players eyeing a career abroad,” the source stated.
The Egyptian club, based in the resort town of El Gouna, has been pushing to establish itself firmly among Egypt’s football elite. The acquisition of Hafiz Ibrahim is seen as part of a strategy to build a competitive team capable of challenging for top honours.
The club’s decision to secure a deal with an option to buy at the end of the loan period demonstrates their confidence in Ibrahim’s ability to make an immediate impact.
