
The Northern Regional Executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) conveyed their congratulations to Mr Ali Adolf John Nburidiba, the Northern Regional Chairman of the party, following his designation as the Northern Regional Minister.
According to them his appointment was a sign for development, unity and peace co-existent among the indigenes and the people of northern region.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Northern Regional Secretary of the party, Mr Mohammed Abdul Salam and copied to The Ghanaian Times here in Tamale yesterday.
The statement expressed gratitude for his appointment, noting that as the Regional Chairman, he is well aware of the developmental challenges facing the region.
The statement said he was the most suitable individual to assume the role in the region, tasked with advancing the development of all areas within it.
The statement stated that Mr Adolf ’s nomination served as a testament to his exceptional leadership in the region since he became the chairman of the region.
According to the statement, his dedication and selfless service to the party and to the good people of the region was overwhelming.
The executives expressed their happiness to President John Dramani Mahama, for recognising the efforts of the chairman and his contributions and appointing him to the highest position in the region.
The statement expressed enthusiasm regarding the President’s recognition of the chairman’s dedication and efforts towards the advancement of both the region and the party.
“We are confident that he will excel in this new role and bring honour to the members of the party and the region at large.
