Private Security Guards Urged to Exhibit Highest Level of Professionalism

The President of the Private Security Guard Association of Ghana (PSGAG), Mr Roland Obibah Mensah, has extended season’s greetings to private security guards across the country, commending them for their dedication and critical role in safeguarding lives and property, especially during the festive season.

In his Christmas and New Year message, Mr Mensah expressed profound gratitude to guards nationwide for their unwavering commitment, noting that their sacrifices and vigilance continue to support national security and social stability.

He wished all private security guards a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, calling for the season to be marked by love, peace, joy, and renewed hope, both at the workplace and within their families.

The President charged guards to remain physically alert and spiritually strong in faith during and after the festive period, stressing that this time often comes with heightened security demands.

He underscored the importance of determination, hard work, honesty, and self-reliance, describing these values as key drivers of personal growth and collective success within the private security industry.

Mr Mensah further encouraged unity, commitment, and focus among guards, noting that a strong sense of comradeship would help the industry overcome its challenges and improve professional standards.

He urged guards to exhibit the highest level of professionalism and remain extra vigilant at their duty posts throughout the festive period, assuring them that better days lie ahead for the industry.
