Former Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) who served during the first term of the Akufo-Addo administration have appealed to the government to pay their outstanding terminal benefits.
According to them, they had been left out while their colleagues who served a second term had received theirs.
The affected former MMDCEs, who left office between 2017 and 2021 after they were not renominated, said their continued exclusion from the payment was unfair. Read More
