Feyenoord sign Ibrahim Osman on loan

Eredivisie club, Feyenoord, have completed the signing of Brighton & Hove Albion winger on loan for the 2024-25 season.

It was announced in February by the Seagulls that they have agreed to sign the 19-year-old for a reported £16m from Danish side, Nordsjaelland, this summer.

Osman linked up with Brighton’s first-team squad for the first time last month at the start of pre-season, but the decision has been made to send the youngster out on loan to Feyenoord.

“Ibrahim has had a good pre-season with the squad,” Brighton’s technical director, David Weir, told the club’s website. “We have strong competition in the wide areas and the feeling is that it is much better for Ibrahim’s development for him to be playing regular senior football.
