Ghana must turn its scientific research into businesses, jobs and useful products instead of allowing research findings to remain in laboratories, the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has said.
The Director-General of the CSIR, Professor Paul Bosu, said linking research to industry was key to making science useful to the economy and creating opportunities for young people and businesses.
“Research must respond to real-world challenges and be linked to industry so that the findings can be turned into practical solutions, products and services,” he said. Read More
