Medeama granted 2023/24 CAF Inter-club Licence
The Club Licensing Committee of the Ghana Football Association, acting in its powers as the First Instant body for the CAF Club Licensing Application Process, has unanimously granted Medeama SC a licence to participate in this year’s CAF inter club competitions.
Medeama SC made history by becoming the first Ghanaian club to be assessed by the Club Licensing Committee via the recently launched Club Licensing Online Platform.
The GFA engaged five Premier League clubs for this year’s license application, but Bechem United FC, Dreams FC, King Faisal FC and Aduana FC had not filed an application by the set deadline for the online platform.
A statement from the FA congratulated Medeama SC and applauded the club’s Club Licensing Officer, Joseph Tetteh Zutah, for his exceptional professionalism and cooperation through this short but tedious period. –GFA
