
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared a renewed war on corruption, vowing to investigate and prosecute offenders without fear or favour following the Supreme Court’s affirmation of its independent prosecutorial mandate.
The Special Prosecutor said the OSP would not be intimidated by criticism, political pressure or resistance from individuals and institutions uncomfortable with its powers, particularly its authority to independently determine whom to investigate. Click to continue
