Impact College reaffirms commitment to developing Africa’s human capital

The Chairman of the Board of Regents of Impact College Ghana, Alhaji Sheikh Ibrahim Mustapha, has reiterated the institution’s commitment to producing skilled professionals capable of addressing Africa’s socio-economic challenges.
Speaking at the College’s 2025 graduation ceremony in Accra, themed “Cross-Border Education — A Means of Battling Regional Youth Unemployment,” he said the College remained dedicated to nurturing innovators and problem-solvers who would drive sustainable development across the continent.

A total of 58 students graduated from various programmes, including Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Health and Safety, and Project Management.
Alhaji Sheikh Mustapha commended management and staff for their teamwork, which had made Impact College one of the fastest-growing language and cultural education centres in Ghana.
He announced plans to expand the institution’s infrastructure and establish a new campus to accommodate its growing student population.
He also revealed the College’s intention to introduce new programmes in French, Islamic Banking, and Insurance to meet the needs of students from Ghana and neighbouring countries.
Congratulating the graduates, he urged them to apply their knowledge to create employment opportunities and contribute to national development.
The Rector, Mr. Ernest Brobbey, encouraged graduates to remain resilient and committed to lifelong learning, noting that the College had achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in the past academic year.
He highlighted the institution’s steady growth and strong academic affiliations with renowned UK-based institutions.
