Premium Auto Limited launches new brand vehicles onto Ghanaian market

The Premium Auto Limited, a leading automobile company, has launched the all-new Renault Grand Koleos and Renault Kardian into the Ghanaian automotive, expanding the brand’s portfolio and offering customers modern, innovative and reliable mobility solutions.

The launch marks a significant milestone in Renault’s strategy to deepen its presence in Ghana and respond to the evolving transportation needs of consumers.

Speaking at the launch held in Accra on Tuesday, the Chief Executive Officer of Premium Auto Limited, Mr Jihad Hijazi, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the global automotive industry.

He said the new models were expected to enhance customer choice across the premium and entry-level SUV segments.

“The Renault Grand Koleos, a premium sport utility vehicle (SUV), is designed for customers seeking luxury, spacious interiors, advanced technology and superior comfort. The Renault Kardian, on the other hand targets young professionals and first-time car owners, combining efficiency, smart features and affordability,” Mr Hijazi stated.

He said Renault would continue to introduce world-class vehicles that integrate safety, performance and modern technology.

Mr Hijazi also commended Premier Motors for its strong partnership as well as its investment in customer service, technical expertise and after-sales support.

He expressed confidence that the two new models would meet customer expectations and contribute significantly to the growth of Ghana’s automotive sector.

The Group Business Development Director of Premier Auto, Mr Fadi Fattal, also expressed Renault’s continued commitment to innovation, safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction with the introduction of the new models.

He said the Grand Koleos represents a flagship SUV combining premium comfort, advanced technology and hybrid efficiency, making it suitable for executives, entrepreneurs and families. He added that the Kardian offers a dynamic and practical driving experience with smart technology, fuel efficiency and enhanced safety features at an affordable price.

Mr Fattal further assured customers of reliable after-sales support, genuine spare parts availability and professional servicing, noting that the company remains committed to strengthening Renault’s position in Ghana’s automotive market.

The Team Leader for Customer Service at Premium Autos Ltd, Mr Baiden Thine Fletcher, assured customers of improved after-sales service following the launch of the Reanult all new koleos and kardian.

He said vehicle ownership went beyond purchase, describing it as a long-term relationship that requires consistent and dependable support.

According to him, the company had strengthened its service systems and spare parts supply chain to ensure faster maintenance and repair services.

Mr Fletcher added that trained technicians were available to provide professional support, warranty services and technical assistance to all Raynor vehicle owners.
