C-Class, Bisagoma snatch quarter final tickets for Homowo playing cards
C-Class and Bisagoma secured passage to the quarter-finals stage of the ongoing RAD Homowo Unity Playing Card Competition with wins in their respective matches at La Manjaanor on Sunday.
A clash between C-Class and Green Court was a fixture the fans desired even at the draw and it indeed lived-up to the pre-match hype as both teams clashed.
C-Class took an unassailable lead of 120 points but Green Court reduced the deficit to 40 points.
After three hours of play, Green Court managed to overtake C-Class and led by 60 points but C-Class managed to overtake and sealed the victory with 1,930 points against 1,740.
In the other game, it was a simple victory for Bisagoma who lead from the start and was never threatened during the five hours competition.
Bisagoma amassed a total of 1,760 points to overshadow the 1,440 points of Young Stars to advance.
Match day three, which takes place on Sunday, July 28, will have AVA play Capacity with Wantu battling Peaceful for passage to the quarterfinals.
