Interplast Top 16 tennis championship kicks off today
The 2023 edition of the Interplast invitational tennis tournament will kick start at the Accra Lawn Tennis Club (ALTC) today with attractive pairings in both male and female segments.
By the tournament fixtures released yesterday ahead of the start, the matches would be played in morning and afternoon sessions to determine the best of the best in the two categories of the tournament in order to determine the best.
Dubbed ‘the Interplast Top 16 tournament,’ it is expected to assemble the finest in the male and female division.
Starting this morning at 10am on Centre Court, Caleb Aryettey will face off with Samuel Nyametye while Lameck Bagerbaseh engages Felix Hammond.
On Court 4 at 10am, Constantin Minker will face Nicholas Kumadey and later followed by Bernard Ashitey Armah against Japhet Bargaseh.
Court 5 will host the 10am match between Reginald Okansey versus Isaac Dapaah followed by the match between Benjamin Palm and David Oringa.
The afternoon sessions will continue on Centre Court 4 at 3pm where Pascal Ziyab slugs it out with David Oringa and Reginald Okantey playing against Benjamin Palm.
On Court 3 at 3pm, Ronald Totimeh will face Nicholas Kumadey while Bernard Ashitey Armaah face off with Constantin Minker.
Court 4 would host the games between Johnson Acquah versus Richmond Armaah followed by Charles Asomani against Desmond Ayaaba.
Emmanuel Antwi will lead the action on Court 5 when he locks horns with Lameck Bargaseh followed by Felix Hammond against Samuel Nyamekye
