Fury, Joshua face off in London
Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will face off for the first time today.
The two best British heavyweights of their generation will finally go head-to-head in December.
Fury heads into the bout on the back of a stoppage win over 46-year-old journeyman Mariusz Wach in July.
A day later, Joshua also cleared his Kristian Prenga-sized hurdle as AJ recovered from a major scare against the Albanian.
AJ was knocked down TWICE in the opening round, putting the ‘Battle of Britain’ in jeopardy.
Joshua recovered in the second to knock out Prenga and set up his long-awaited meeting with the Gypsy King.
Fury and Joshua will come face-to-face at the first press conference for the fight on Wednesday, September 30.
The British Airways Arc in London will host the event.
A start time for the press conference has not yet been confirmed, but it’s expected to be in the evening.
