World Vision Supports Maiden Teachers’ Awards in Krachi West with Donation
World Vision’s Kete-Krachi Cluster has donated various items to support the maiden Teachers’ Awards in Krachi West of the Oti Region.
The donation includes 32-inch Nasco televisions, refrigerators, gas cylinders, standing fans and solar system with FM/MP3 functionality.
The Cluster Manager, Mr. August Nyaaba emphasized the importance of acknowledging teachers’ hard work, stating, “They are the backbone of any society.”
He said the initiative aimed to motivate educators and recognize their contributions to community development.
Municipal Chief Executive(MCE), Mr. Prosper Addo, praised the gesture and called for more community involvement in supporting education.
He described World Vision’s donation as a timely reminder of the need for collective efforts to uplift the sector.
