DOL: Attram de Visser halt Hohoe United, Port City pip Gt. Olympics in Zone 3

 Attram De Visser stunned Division One League (DOL) Zone Three leaders, Hohoe United, with a 1-0 win on Friday at the Tuba Astro Turf near Kasoa.

Substitute Thomas Okyere converted a spot kick in the 58th minute to seal the victory.

Former Premier League side, Okwawu United, also extended their unbeaten streak to five games after defeating relega­tion-threatened Inter Allies 1-0 at the Koforidua Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Port City FC recorded a hard-fought 1-0 victory over former Premier League side, Accra Great Olympics, at the Kukurantumi Ohene Park with Bernard Quarcoo netting the decisive goal.

In Zone two, League leaders, Swedru All Blacks, moved four points clear at the top after thrashing Asekem FC 3-1 at the Swedru Sports Stadium.

Rudolf Mensah scored a hat-trick, extending his season tally to 22 goals in 23 league matches.

New Edubiase United shocked title contender, Rospak FC, with a narrow 1-0 win at the Len Clay Stadium. Abdallah Suleman scored the only goal, helping New Edubiase United grab all the points.

Zone One B leaders, Techi­man Eleven Wonders, were ruthless in their 5-1 demo­lition of Dormaa Unity SC at the Ohene Ameyaw Park while Debibi United kept the pressure on Techiman Eleven Wonders with a 2-0 win over bottom-of-the-table, Techiman Heroes at the Debibi Presby Park.

In Zone One A, leaders, Real Tamale United, returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win at Wa Sore Nante.

Yusif Bayanalabe scored first for Wa Sore Nante in the 9th minute, but Abdul Rashid equalised for Real Tamale United in the 36th minute before Musah Alhassan scored the winner in the 87th minute. The win extended Real Tamale United’s lead at the top of the table to 54 points.
