Mahama commends Ebusuapanyin Crentsil for building community health centre for Enyan Denkyira
The former President and flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress for the December elections, Mr John Dramani Mahama, has commended Ebusua Panyin Kwesi Tweiku, known in private life as M Siisi Crentsil, a private businessman, for single handedly constructing a Community Health Centre for the people of Enyan Denkyira in the Ajumako-Enyam-Essiam Constituency in the Central Region.
President Mahama said he was aware that Mr Crentsil had done a lot more of similar projects for the people of the constituency and prayed that the Almighty God will reward his efforts and provide him the wherewithal to continue with such good deeds.
The NDC Flag bearer commissioned the Health facility as part of his recent tour of the Central Region which took him to all the 23 constituencies of the region and assured the people that when the NDC takes office in January 2025, the facility would be upgraded into a full hospital.
The Omanhen of the Enyan Denkyira Traditional area, Osabarima Tsibu Darko Kwao, on behalf of the Chiefs and people of the area, praised Mr Crentsil for his philanthropic spirit, past and present which has immensely benefitted the citizens and residents of the community and appealed to other sons and daughters of the Enyan Denkyera ancestory and elsewhere to emulate the shining example of Ebusuapanyin Kwesi Tweiku.
He then urged the people to vote massively for Mr Mahama and the Member of Parliament for the Constituency, Dr Casely Ato Baah Forson.
Ebusuapanyin Kwesi Tweku stated that he had earlier built a Children’s Clinic at Ajumako, the District capital as well as the provision of good drinking water for the facility and that his decision to put up the Clinic was to prevent the suffering of his town’s men, women and children who had to travel long distances to access medical attention.
He expressed his gratitude to the former President for making time out of his tight itinerary to commission the Clinic.
